~ 2006 - 2010 BOARD ~
The Centre is run by Board of Trustees which is the policy organ of the Centre. 
The Board has eleven members. An Executive Committee, consisting of five members elected from the Board.

Mr. R. R. Letsatsi
Mr. R.R.Letsatsi is the current Chairman of the Board of Trustees and he has been serving in this position for a period of thirteen years. He served as a vice chairman of the Board as well the Board chairman during this period of thirteen years. He has been a member of the Executive Board Committee since joining the Board of Trustees. He has contributed a lot in the development of Pudulogong Rehabilitation & Development Trust. 

Mr. Letsatsi through his wealth of experience in Banking Industry has taken Pudulogong from a very low level of a non-Governmental Organization operation to a very high operation level. He knows the Board proceedings very well and that has made our Board of Trustees the most best performing Board in the NGOS that have been developed by the Dutch Reformed Church in Botswana.

Mr M. B. Letina
Mr M. B. Letina joined the Board of Trustees of Pudulogong for the past seven years as the District Commissioner in Kgatleng District Council. He is an Ex-Officio Member of the Board and he has made a great contribution to the Board as he provided guidance where the need arises. He made sure that the Board operates within the proper guidelines that are along the government policy. The District Commissioner is a member of the Executive Board Committee.

Mrs. J. S. Molefe
Mrs J. S. Molefe she has been a Board Member for the Pudulogong Rehabilitation Centre for the past eight years. She worked as a nurse for the Bechuanaland Protectorate as well as Botswana and has been very instrumental on the health of the students. The Board Member though one of the oldest in terms of age, she has been making the mile stone contribution in the Board meetings.

Ms G. Mokere
Ms G. Mokere is a Kgatleng District Council Board Member representative. She is an Ex-Officio member of the Board of Trustees. She has contributed on issues relating to the council matters as there are some of the students that get food basket from the council. She also assist in the social worker’s matters that relate to the wellfare of our students.

Mrs. T. R. Mangadi
Mrs T R Mangadi she has been a Board Member of Pudulogong for a long time and has contributed a lot in the development of Pudulogong. She has a wealth of experience from the teaching profession as well as working for the non-governmental organizations that are similar to what Pudulogong is doing. 

She also worked for the Ministry of Education & Skills Development and then moved to the Botswana Telecommunication Authority. Mrs Mangadi is also a Ministerial appointee in the Board of Trustees. Mrs Mangadi is a member of the Executive Board Committee.

Mr E. N. Kgetlwe
Mr E. N. Kgetlwe has been in the Board of Trustees much longer than most of the Board members except Mr. Sebole. He is an Ex-Officio member as he represents the office of the Tribal Administration. As a tribal administration he contributed a lot in guiding the Board in the tribal matters and to make sure that the community in Mochudi was taken on Board on the matters of Pudulogong. He has been in the Board of Trustees for nineteen years.

Mr. C. K. Sebole
Mr. C. K. Sebole has been in the Board of Trustees of Pudulogong much longer that the current chairman of the Board of Trustees.  He has nineteen years of service in the Board of Pudulogong and at the time when Pudulogong was turned or changed into a Brigade in 1998, he was serving as the chairman of the Board of Trustees. He served in the positions of Board Chairman, Vice Chairman and the Board Member respectively. He has a wealth of experience of been the longest serving Board Member at Pudulogong Rehabilitation Centre. Mr Sebole is a member of the Executive Board Committee.

Mr T. T. Kebuileng
Mr T. T. Kebuileng has been a staff representative on a number of times at Pudulogong. He represents staff at Board level in order to take issues from the Board to staff members. But he does that with proper consultation with school management first. Staff of Pudulogong elect a staff representative to the Board on yearly bases.

Mr M. G. Pheko
Mr M. G. Pheko joined the Board of Trustees of Pudulogong as the Board Secretary in 2006 and he has a wealth of experience in the Banking Industry where he spent most of his working time at the National Development Bank. He also worked for Citizen Entrepreneurial Development Agency which is operating in a similar line with the National Development Bank. He was able to turn around Pudulogong Rehabilitation & Development Trust from a collapsing Non-Governmental Organization to a sustainable project over the past five years as the Head of the Institution.

He is married with three children, two ladies and a gentleman. His academic qualification is a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies from Teesside Polytechnic now University of Teesside in U.K. He has a wealth of experience in the Banking Industry of the credit facilities line sector. He worked for the National Development Bank for a period of 28 years starting from a junior level of a Bank clerk until the position of a Senior Project Officer. He worked in the appraisal department of the National Development Bank for fifteen (15) years appraising projects that needed funding of more than a million. He also successfully restructured the Pandamatenga Commercial Farming project that had arrears of close to P30 Million in the 1990.

He then joined the Citizen Entrepreneurial Development Agency as an Operations Manager for a period of two years on contract. At CEDA, he was considering funding of projects up to two millions, presenting projects proposal funding to the Board for approval or rejection. He later worked as a consultant for CEDA funded projects, monitoring and mentoring CEDA financed projects until 2005. 

In 2006, he was engaged by the Board of Trustees of Pudulogong Rehabilitation & Development Trust for the Blind as the Centre Coordinator. Pudulogong by then was faced with serious financial management crisis and it was on the verge of collapsing. He was given the task of turning around the project to be financially sustainable. Pudulogong is now fully financially sustainable and has been able to invest some funds in the Bank for future development.

He is an active arable and pastoral farmer.

Mr E. M. Semuli
Mr E. M. Semuli has been a Board Member for the past ten years and has been a Board Chairman for a period six years. He has a wealth of experience in the teaching profession that he has spent most of working time in Botswana. He also worked as an Education Officer and an administrator in the office of the Member of Parliament for Kgatleng West. He is a member of the Executive Board Committee.

Mr. M. Mmopyane
Mr. M. Mmopyane is a students’ representative at Board level and take issues for the students that are affecting them. But he does that with proper consultation with management first. The students elect their representative on yearly bases to represent them at the Board of Trustees.
